Your job as Technical Support Specialist:

  • Provide advanced "Level 3" technical support, tackling complex issues.
  • Deliver expert-level technical training to internal sales and support teams to effectively transfer product knowledge and optimize product usage.
  • Contribute to product development and improvement by analyzing and resolving technical problems in close collaboration with developers, manufacturers, and external suppliers.
  • Support product managers and development teams during product launches and development processes by assisting with technical questions and collected user feedback.

Your skills:

  • Excellent technical understanding and ideally knowledge of fire protection technologies or related technologies
  • Experience in technical support and technical product training
  • Completed Certified Product Trainer course (CPT) is an advantage 
  • Understanding of software and hardware troubleshooting techniques 
  • Willingness to travel
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
